role<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a Commercial Assistant Inside Sales, you are responsible for supporting the purchasing and sales teams.<br \/>\nYou will do this by performing various administrative and customer-oriented tasks.<br \/>\nYou play a crucial role in monitoring customer satisfaction and promoting sales of packaging solutions.<br \/>\nYou are part of a small flexible and dynamic team, under a large umbrella organization, namely the P&amp;D Group.<br \/>\nYour responsibilities include: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Function as first point of contact for customers via phone, email and other communication channels;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparing quotations and entering orders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managing the entire order process;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitoring inventory and coordinating shipments and deliveries;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor trends and developments and gather information on competitors, pricing and product innovations to support the team in developing effective sales strategies;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relationship management to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professionally handle complaints to the satisfaction of customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Your profile<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MBO+ working and thinking level;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good communication skills, both oral and written;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience within a similar role, preferably within the packaging industry;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer-oriented, organizational and team player;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
